hello people...tomorrow I have class at 8.30 a.m and now almost reach 12p.m. I gotta to sleep and dont want waste a previous time . I have to sleep .nope.nope.nope.. I must sleep!. Aku da sekian LAME tak dapat tidur yang LAMA . & before u sleep u must take this petua . I got this from my friend, I think I should share wif u guys because seem like even small things we do may harm our body . TAKE NOTE ! =)
1.DON'T SLEEP WITH WATCH
watch can emit a certain radioactivity. Though small,but if u wear yr watch to bed for a long time, it may have adverse effect on your health.
2 .DON'T SLEEP WITH BRA
scientist in America has discovered those wear bras for more 12 hours may have higher risk to get breast cancer, so sleep without it .!
3.DON'T SLEEP WITH PHONE
putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encourage ,though some of us wil use phones as alarm clock , but please put the phone as far as possible. scientist have proved that electrical items including phone & television emits magnetic waves when used . those waves can cause distruption to our nervous system. therefore, if you need to put your mobile phone near you switch off first.
4.DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP
People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run . sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have dificulty in breathing and problems in perspiring you will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep.
5.DON'T SLEEP WITH OTHER'S WIFE/HUSBAND
You may never wake again ;)
